Sneak Peek of In the City for FMS286

Today I have a Stampin’ Up! 2017 Hostess Set sneak peek. This cute new set is called In the City and is tons of fun. The only way to get your hands on this set from now until the end of May is to purchase it as a demonstrator. I got mine as part of a preorder from the amazing new 2017- 2018 annual catalog. Starting in June you can earn this set with Hostess Rewards on a customer, hostess or demonstrator order. But I just couldn’t wait to play with it so I splurged and purchased it with my preorder. šŸ™‚ Here is my first card with the set:

And here is the banner that inspired my card:

This set has an total of 60 photopolymer stamps that you can combine to make your own little city. I only used seven of them! With the combination of outline and filler stamps you can either stamp your entire scene or just use the outline stamps and hand color all the images. So many possibilities!

I also used three of the new 2017-2019 In-Colors on this card: Lemon Lime Twist, Berry Burst and Tranquil Tide. I love how these three colors look together! The houses using Berry Burst and Tranquil Tide are stamped off once, and the house with Lemon Lime Twist is stamped with the full color, as is the one stamped roof.

I can’t wait to make more scenes using this stamp set, adding the trees and cars, and other city accessories! If you love this set and want to get your hands on it now, just send me a message and we can talk about what it means to be a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator! šŸ™‚

Don’t forget to visit Freshly Made Sketches to see the other cards using this sketch. The deadline for entering this challenge is over, but they will have a new one out Wednesday morning!

I WOULD LOVE TO BE YOUR DEMONSTRATOR!

If you are in the United States and need a demonstrator, then you can order your supplies in my online store here. Thanks for looking and have a great day!
