Easy Thank You Cards with Retiring DSP

Thank you cards are probably the type of card you use the most. There is always a need to thank someone for something they did for you or gave to you, and it is nice to have a go-to design to make a quick card. And what could be quicker than a card base, designer series paper (of your choice) and a single stamped sentiment? These cards are going to a few of my customers thanking them for recent orders. Without those orders I wouldn’t be able to support my hobby and I am very grateful for the┬áorders and the customers!

Quick and Easy Card Sketch

For this card I used Whisper White Thick Cardstock for the base and paper from the It’s My Party Designer Series Paper Stack. The sentiment is the Watercolor Thank You sold as a single wood-mount stamp. Both the designer series paper and stamp are retiring at the end of this month, so if you like this combination don’t forget to order them by May 31st. čÖé

Quick and Easy All-Occasion Card Sketch

I made a couple more cards with┬áthe same designer series paper but used a Pool Party card base on one and a Basic Grey card base on the other. The It’s My Party paper has black in it so I wanted┬áthe sentiment to be bold and I achieved that by using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. On the top card I kept the rectangles the same size mounting them on a piece of Bermuda Bay cardstock cut to 5.25 x 4 inches. On the bottom card I cut the rectangles slightly smaller so more of the Smoky Slate mat would show.

I hope you like this quick and easy design for a thank you card. Of course there are other reasons to send a card, so just switch out the designer series paper and sentiment and you are ready for any occasion!
